What are Periodic inspection Reports?

 

A Periodic inspection report is an inspection on your electrical installtion that determins any defects or saftey issues with your electrics.

They are commanly needed for insurence reasons, Landlords, House buyers / Sellers and personal peace of mind. Please look in the right hand column at some of the horrors we have found when completing Periodic inspection reports in the past.

In simple terms a periodic inspection report works a bit like an MOT would on your car. You will end up with a certificate that will point out any remiedal works that need to be done to bring your installtion up to a satisfactory standard and then finally give you a recommended date for next inspection.

Here at A.M electrical we will provide you with a certificate after every Periodic inspection report that will either pass or fail. What is P.A.T testing?

 

P.A.T testing stands for portable applience testing and is basicually a saftey check on each applinece to check they are safe to use they are then given a certicicate and a sticker to say if they have passed or failed. For a quote call 07852296366. Prices usually start from £2.50 per item.
